TexTrace Woven RFID Brand LabelFeaturing the TexTrace Technology at its core, TexTrace Woven RFID Brand Label is a UHF RFID tag specifically designed for source tagging of apparel and other textile items.
TexTrace Woven RFID Brand Label is manufactured with custom-made branding and looks like a traditional clothing label. Accompanying the garment throughout the whole supply chain, this RFID label brings benefits in terms of process speed and accuracy, product authenticity checking and grey market fighting along all the distribution stages. At the points of sale, this solution improves inventory management, offers anti-shoplifting functionality, allows enhanced customer interaction and easy return & warranty handling at the same time.
Starting from a minimum of 50x20 mm, sizes and appearance can be fully customized to meet any brand requirement. Despite its small dimensions, the product provides read range comparable to common UHF RFID tags being used in fashion tagging applications.
TexTrace Woven RFID Brand Label can be delivered with human readable data printed on the backside.
The tag is designed to survive clothing finishing processes such as stone washing and enzyme washing, and provides good resistance to form and tunnel finishing, dry cleaning, domestic washing.
TexTrace Woven RFID Brand Label is certified by European EPC Competence Center (EECC) in accordance with the following EECC performance measurement modules: Module I (Free space production consistency/Free Space Performance); Module III (Performance on reference materials: PTFE, PMMA, PC, PET, PU, CARP, KITE, Glass); Module IV (Performance in proximity situations: 11 tags in a stack with 1 cm distance from tag to tag).
The standard RFID chip is the NXP UCODE G2iL, but others are available upon customer request.
