PT-101 comes with eyelets of various sizes for being securely fixed with screws or rivets. The tag core measures 10 x 10 x 5 millimeters excluding the eyelets. Featuring an integrated robust cable tie, PT-102 can be easily and securely tightened around industrial assets in the harshest environments. PT-103 has an integrated plastic cable zip tie that makes the tag a perfect solution for power cables, hoses, pipes, scaffolding, industrial equipment and other similar parts. The cable zip tie can be fully customized.

PT-0 is a little thicker of the other members of the PT family — 9 mm — to host a hole where a cable tie, chosen each time depending on the requirements, can be inserted. PT-0 is a versatile solution for a wide range of applications such as industrial tooling management and work equipment tagging, tracking of pipes, hoses, cables, gas cylinders, fire extinguishers, scaffolding and other tubular assets, part management in automotive and oil & gas.

Optimized for metal, all TROI’s PT tags work reliably on any surface and leverage Impinj Monza 4QT chip that is EPC Gen 2 compliant and offers 128 bits of EPC memory, a 48-bit unique serialized number, 512 bits of user memory and a broad range of advanced additional features. These small RFID tags are completely waterproof and withstand strong impacts and many corrosive chemicals typical in industrial processes.
