Xerafy Nano Wedge USXerafy's Nano Wedge is a small UHF RFID tag specifically designed to make it easy, quick and secure to track metallic assets in industrial and outdoor environments.
The tag can be easily flush-mounted in metal assets by simply pressing or hammering it into a circular recess. There is no need for adhesive or special tools, but just a common drill and a mallet. This installation method not only protects the chip from damage and detachment, but allows also big time-saving since there is no need to wait for the adhesive to cure.
The product features Alien Technology Higgs-3 chip and provides read range up to 4 meters when mounted on metal.
Nano Wedge survives shock, vibrations, impact and high temperature up to 150 degrees Celsius.
Nano Wedge is well suited for tracking metallic building parts and equipment in the construction and oil & gas sectors, metallic assets in the automotive, aerospace and railway industries, surgical tools and medical devices in healthcare.
