RTEC SteelMini USThe RTEC SteelMini is a very small on-metal UHF RFID tag specifically designed to offer long read range up to 2.8 meters and reliably face exposure to aggressive chemical agents and temperature up to 150 degrees Celsius.
The tag measures just 13mm x 8mm x 5.1mm and can be attached with industrial adhesive or epoxy resin.
Thanks to its IP68 protection and excellent resistance to prolonged exposure to high temperature, the SteelMini is a high performing and reliable choice for tracking metal parts in paint shop processes and other challenging industrial treatments. The product is suitable also for metal assets that repeatedly undergo autoclave sterilization.
Upon request, the tag can be delivered in different colors, pre-encoded, marked with text, numbering and logo.
Also ATEX/IECEx certifications are available upon special request.
This product version is optimized for use in the 902-928 MHz frequency band (Americas, China, Japan).
