Farsens Stella is a passive RFID tag with LED that can be turned on through RF command allowing quick and easy visual identification of a specific tag among several others. Compatible with any EPC Gen 2 compliant reader, Stella provides an effective solution for pick-to-light applications.

Battery-free device, Stella does not require any kind of maintenance and can be used in situations where batteries are not recommended. The LED is green and has a viewing angle of 120°. Like all the other passive sensor RFID tags from Farsens, this passive RFID tag with LED comes in non-encapsulated PCB formats that can be integrated in non-metallic assets and materials, or encased to meet any requirement in terms of mounting options and durability for use in demanding environments. Stella is available in different antenna models that provide higher or lower radiation directivity and read range up to 1.5 meters.
